Join Our Customer Service Team – Customer Service Representative II | League City, TX

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support a high‑volume service center that assists customers across Life and Annuity products. This role is based on site in League City, Texas and plays a key part in delivering accurate, compliant, and compassionate service to our policyholders and authorized parties.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and provide support related to life and annuity policies
  • Process payments and update account information accurately and timely
  • Provide clear, compliant information to policyholders, beneficiaries, and other authorized parties
  • Support policy servicing needs such as applications, payment plans, and policy updates
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries
  • Assist with special projects and additional support needs as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience in insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service, or other fast‑paced service environments
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Comfort using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
