WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reviews, understands, and works from construction documents, including plans, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements.Ā
- Supports the Project Manager and Superintendent to achieve project goals related to quality, safety, schedule, and compliance.Ā
- Processes andĀ tracksĀ project documentation accurately and efficiently.Ā
- AssistsĀ with planning, prioritizing, and coordinating project work activities.Ā
- Participates in project and staff meetings and prepares required reports, including certified payroll reporting.Ā
- Executes assigned responsibilities outlined in the procedure manual to support consistent and efficient operations.Ā
- Builds andĀ maintainsĀ professional relationships with clients, owner representatives, architects, and trade partners.Ā
- Communicates clearly, respectfully, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.Ā
- Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and ethicalĀ decision-makingĀ consistent with company core values and applicable laws and codes.Ā
- Manages multiple responsibilities effectively in aĀ fast pacedĀ construction environment.Ā

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSĀ Ā
- Bachelorās degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, orĀ minimum of 3 yearsĀ constructionĀ industryĀ experienceĀ Ā
- Valid state driverās licenseĀ

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONSāÆREQUIREMENTSĀ
This role combines office and field work and requires the ability to travel to project sites, navigate active construction environments, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours as needed to support project success.
