**Job Description:**
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Italian dishes in a fast-paced, casual upscale setting. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure every plate meets our standards for flavor, presentation, and consistency.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our expectations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients used in Italian dishes (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
