Job Description

Join our team as a Delivery Driver in Lebanon, United States! We're seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

• Safely transport and deliver to residential and commercial locations
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicle in accordance with company standards
• Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
• Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record/ no major violations
• Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and GPS navigation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background check
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability in attendance and job performance
