RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Properly, and safely operate hydro test, and pneumatic testing equipment.
•    Maintain testing equipment, and monitor the condition of testing equipment, to insure it is in safe operating condition.
•    Maintain all appropriate paperwork relating to testing practices.

DISCRETIONARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:    
o    These requirements will only be necessary upon the request of the immediate supervisor, and other management as required.
o    Hold necessary welding certifications, as required to repair pressure vessels.
o    Material handling – operation of cranes, hoists, and forklifts as needed.  Also successfully complete any training/safety program relating to the operation of the equipment.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
•    All pneumatic, and hydrotesting equipment, as provided by Steel Fab.
•    All pneumatic tools, as provided.
•    Safety equipment as required by Steel Fab.
•    Hand tools, as provided by Steel Fab, or personally owned by the employee.
•    Various types of fillet, groove, and multi-use weld gauges.
•    Must have a basic understanding of computers.
•    Must have reading, writing and simple math skills. 
•    Must be able to read blue prints.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:  
•    High school diploma or GED with one year of trades training and at least one year of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as bills of material, blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  
•    Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one with other employees of the organization.
•    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
•    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions.  
•    Prior work record indicating dependability and conscientiousness.  
•    Must be willing to work in a team-oriented environment.
