Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking Travel RN Med Surg for a long term travel contract position in Lebanon, NH

Position Details:

Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg

Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Length: 13 weeks or 26 weeks 

Pay Rate: $2376 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Med Surg

Shifts available: Nights

Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 x 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, Holiday rotation as required. RTO no more than 5 days 

• Current Med Surg Nursing experience: 3 years - Required
  
• Epic experience - Required
  
• Tele/PCU experience - Highly preferred
  
• Prior travel experience: at least 6 months: Required 
  
• Traveler must have own transportation 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN - Required
  
• BSN – Preferred
  
• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
  
• BLS Certification from AHA  - Required
  
• ACLS Certification from AHSA – Required 
  

Job Description:

• Ability to formulate an individual plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness.
  
• Coordinates and supervises patient care, as necessary.
  
• Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function.
  
• Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs, to include patient education and discharge planning.
  
• Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
  
• Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities, including but not limited to, wound assessment, patient care teaching, demonstrated progress toward goals, medication administration, nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
  
• Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately.
