Overview
Provides infrastructure support and technical direction and assistance throughout the institution by developing, managing and maintaining the Information Systems (IS) Windows server, desktop, laptop and thin client environments while assisting application teams and their customers. Provides 2nd and 3rd tier technical support to other IS teams where appropriate.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of one year of experience in PC network administration, or the equivalent in education and experience required.
