What We Do – Accountabilities

Assures administrative duties are completed in an accurate and timely matter conveyed to the leadership team.
Assures partnership with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives as well as reporting.
Assures training is conducted in the approved branded fashion to maintain consistency in learning and development of trainees.

Essential Functions

Adheres to, and assists in the administration of all Safety policies and procedures, including housekeeping and accident prevention.
Assists leadership in tracking departmental data related to specific metrics to drive performance.
Responsible for coordinating and providing day to day reporting to management team
Performs physical counts and monitors inventory levels to maintain accuracy.
Provides support in driving continuous improvement of processes.
When business needs dictate, the ability to perform all Distribution Center functions, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping.
Assist in operational training as needed.
Leads by example, by abiding by all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

Distribution Center Experience 1+ years
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Organized, detail-oriented individual, capable of working on various tasks/projects concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mid-level understanding of the PKMS Warehouse Management System, including Inventory, Shipping and Receiving functions.
Able to work in a team environment, and also autonomously to perform individual tasks.
Excellent attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
