Account Asset Specialist – Lebanon, IN

What You’ll Do as a Account Asset Specialist

In this role, you’ll support and manage inventory programs at customer locations while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for improvement.

 

You’ll:

  • Implement and manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites to ensure consistent material availability and minimize downtime for customers
  • Monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure the right products are on hand when needed
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity and support informed decisions
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs for both the customer and the business
  • Deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to keep operations running smoothly and maintain service reliability
  • Promote value-added services and identify product conversion opportunities to enhance customer operations

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High School diploma or equivalent; College level coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of electrical product experience; Counter sales or industrial maintenance
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette
  • Self-directed, independent work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills
  • Credible, responsive team-player
  • Reading and math skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

What to Expect in This Role

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environments
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Walk warehouse/plant floor
  • Sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours 6/7am-3/4pm depending on demand
  • Travel required, For Hire license required
