Requirements and Qualifications

• 2 or more years of restaurant management experience
• Control day-to-day operations in a team environment
• Maintain inventory and prepare food orders
• Follow cash control/security procedures
• Manage labor
• Recruit, Interview, and Hire to develop a team
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Have FUN in a fast-paced environment!
