What You Will Do as a CNC Programmer at PRL  

- Program and optimize CNC machines – Write and edit machine programs for precision milling and turning operations.  

- Lead Through Knowledge – Train, mentor, and support machinists to raise production standards.  

- Solve Complex Problems – Review blueprints, troubleshoot machining issues, and refine programming for optimal efficiency.  

- Innovate for Efficiency – Design process layouts that enhance workflow, cut waste, and boost machining capabilities.  

What We’re Looking For  

✔️ Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or equivalent experience. 

✔️ 2+ years of CNC programming experience (Advanced degree preferred)  

✔️ Mastery of G and M codes, CAD/CAM software (Mastercam and SolidWorks a plus)  

✔️ Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning/tolerancing (GD&T)  

✔️ U.S. citizenship required (Ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance)

We’re excited to offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this role. The bonus is paid in three installments: $1,000 at hire, $1,000 after three months, and $1,000 after one year of employment.
