We are looking to add a Consumer Insights Coordinator to our Team at our Development Center in Lebanon, OH. The Consumer Insights Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support to the Consumer Insights Team. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining databases, preparing documents, handling communications, and ensuring smooth execution of consumer research projects. The position requires flexibility for both standard weekday hours and frequent evenings and weekends, as well as physical ability to support event activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support for multiple concurrent research projects.
  • Schedule and organize research sessions, meetings, and focus groups.
  • Assist with qualitative respondent recruitment, screening, and communication.
  • Maintain and update local and national consumer panel/participant databases.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute study materials, surveys, and discussion guides.
  • Collect, organize, and file data, confidential forms, and research results.
  • Transcribe and take detailed notes during qualitative research including but not limited to focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and consumer incentives.
  • Support data analysis by coding open-ended responses and preparing Excel summaries.
  • Monitor and research consumer trends and new product launches online and in-store.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Category, Marketing, Sales, R&D, etc.) for project support.
  • Assist with special tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Support travel logistics for trade shows, expos, and focus groups (35-40% travel/weekend requirement).
  • Set up and tear down show and booth materials at events and expos.
  • Stand and be on feet for extended periods of time during events and research activities.
  • Handling miscellaneous support duties, including errands. 
  • Assisting with packing and preparation for shows and expos. 
  • Supporting onsite studies, including participant check-in and serving samples.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple concurrent projects preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat).
  • Strong mathematical experience required.
