Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, IN 46052Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00Position Summary: We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Body Shop Assistant to join our team and help ensure every customer and vehicle receives top-notch care. The Body Shop Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, including assisting customers, coordinating parts, and detailing vehicles before delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with vehicle status updates Communicate with insurance adjusters and suppliers as needed Order, track, and match parts for repair jobs Assist technicians with vehicle prep and organization of repair workflow Perform interior and exterior detailing to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery Maintain a clean and organized shop area Support other team members as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards Qualifications: Previous experience in an auto body shop, automotive service, or detailing environment preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge of auto parts and repair processes Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
