About the Role:

The Kiln Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by managing and overseeing the operation of industrial kilns used to fire ceramics, bricks, or other materials. This position ensures that the kiln operates efficiently, safely, and within specified temperature and timing parameters to produce high-quality finished products. The operator monitors kiln performance, adjusts controls as necessary, and troubleshoots any issues that arise during the firing process. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
