OVERVIEW

Shift: Full-Time 7a-3:30p

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
• Evening meal delivery
• On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
• Rounding to ensure the community is secured
• IT support as needed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
• Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
• Must be licensed/Certified in HVAC
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
