MDS RN (Registered Nurse) ā Full-Time

Experienced MDS RN Wanted!
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in MDS, Medicare/Medicaid, RAI, and long-term care? We're looking for a detail-oriented clinician who is passionate about quality care, accurate reimbursement, and making a meaningful impact on resident outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Complete accurate and timely MDS assessments in accordance with CMS guidelines.
- Coordinate the RAI process, CAAs, and care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and physicians.
- Monitor Medicare and Medicaid documentation for compliance and reimbursement.
- Identify significant changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate assessments are completed.
- Participate in Quality Measures and Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license required.
- MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required.
- Strong knowledge of RAI process, Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS regulations.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- RAC-CT certification is a plus but not required.
