The Responsibilities:

Learn and follow Nixco’s service protocols while educating customers on products and services.
Strive to meet and exceed performance standards.
Develop the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on various plumbing services (we’ll help ensure you have the tools you need).
Assist the lead technician in keeping job sites and vehicles clean and organized.
Help complete jobs accurately while adhering to quality checklists, safety protocols, and local codes.
Build customer rapport by providing knowledgeable service, leading to new referrals and repeat business.
Participate in all training sessions, department, and company meetings.
Understand and align with Nixco’s mission, policies, and guarantees.
Be prepared to perform physical activities in varying climate conditions without restrictions.

Requirements

The Qualifications:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A positive, outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
A team player who takes pride in contributing to group success.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to learn and assist with plumbing-related tasks.

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.
