Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:
This position is Part Time @ Mercy Clinic Primary Care Lebanon
Schedule: 10 hour days Tuesday and Wednesday
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Nursing
Licensure: Active RN licensure
Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
