Quality Manager – Mass Timber Construction

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Manager with hands-on experience in mass timber installation, specifically CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT. The Quality Manager will oversee quality control across fabrication and field installation and ensure projects meet specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT installation at job sites.
• Oversee QA/QC activities for mass timber fabrication and construction.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation plans.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits.
• Maintain inspection reports and project quality documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, fabrication teams, and field crews.
• Help reduce rework and improve overall project quality.

Key Requirement:

• Direct experience with mass timber installation is required, particularly CLT, glulam, NLT, and/or DLT.
• Construction, fabrication, or QA/QC experience in mass timber is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
