SUMMARY: To assist Returns Supervisors and leads to insure a smooth work flow through the Returns Receiving Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Orient and train new employees on power equipment, and RF units;
  • Track loads for arrival time and percentage of mint and mix
  • Assign deliveries to dock doors for unloading
  • Check in loads against BOL, Sign BOL, prep load to be received
  • Productivity-must work steadily within timelines established by the department Supervisor;
  • Update stock records on WMS utilizing hand held monitors;
  • Work independently to meet established department standards;
  • Communication-report any discrepancies or problems to supervisor or lead;
  • Reliability-must be dependable in working established shift schedules;
  • Special projects as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Proven work record consisting of high productivity;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to work well along and with others;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks;
  • Good attendance record;
  • Ability to work overtime as required;
  • Strong knowledge of bulk operations;
  • Strong RF knowledge/skills;
  • Computer skills – Window, Word, Excel;
  • Must currently have or be able to achieve certification on all power equipment;
  • Some knowledge of WMS system.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Equivalent to at least a high school diploma.
