Registered Nurse – Correctional facility

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lebanon, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location: Lebanon, OH

Compensation: $65 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: 2nd shift 2pm-10pm Sun/Mon off, but Must be flexible as schedules can change due to staffing levels and needs of facility

Contract length: 3 months

Key responsibilities:

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager

Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
OH RN License
CPR/BLS

$65 per hour, based on experience
$200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available
