What You Will Do:

  • Safely operate station prime movers, compressors, valves, and auxiliary equipment to support reliable system operations.

  • Monitor operating conditions, alarms, pressures, and station performance while conducting routine operational checks.

  • Configure station equipment and operating modes based on changing system demands and operational requirements.

  • Perform routine inspections of fuel, air, cooling water, lubrication, filtration, liquids storage, and safety systems.

  • Support maintenance and repair activities while developing technical knowledge of station equipment and processes.

  • Complete reports and documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Actively participate in safety programs and collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, productive, and respectful work environment.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and instructions.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to perform physical work in a field environment and respond to operational needs.

Preferred:

  • Mechanical, industrial, technical, or trades-related education or training.

  • Previous experience working in industrial, pipeline, energy, manufacturing, or operations environments.

  • Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily field-based work with some office responsibilities for training, meetings, and documentation activities.

  • Work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.

  • Must be able to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, standby, and on-call assignments as required.

  • Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 30 miles of the assigned reporting location.

  • The successful candidate will be required to comply with all applicable company safety requirements, and complete a background screening and substance testing.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 50 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $29.95 - $36.00 per hour USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
