Kirby Risk is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lebanon, IN!

In this role, you'll be the heart of our warehouse operations, helping ensure materials are received, stored, picked, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This is more than a warehouse job—it's an opportunity to play a vital role in helping our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

What You will Do as a Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping maintain accurate inventory, streamline workflows, and deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring customer orders are handled safely, efficiently, and with precision.

You will:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies that need to be reported to management
• Accurately enter receiving information into the warehouse management system
• Process returns and assist with freight claims as needed
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in accordance with company policy to maintain inventory integrity
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and branch transfers
• Move materials to designated warehouse locations using established processes
• Operate with a safety first/operational efficiency mindset to guarantee the warehouse is well maintained, shelves are stocked, organized and products are displayed properly
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction

What makes you a Great Fit:

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders up to 15 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop and perform physical work throughout the day
• Experience operating a multi-directional forklift and/or handling, loading, and unloading 20ft bundles of pipe is a plus
• Experience using Warehouse Management Software is preferred and Auto Desk Construction Cloud is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

What to Expect in This Role

• Monday–Friday 7am-4pm with overtime as needed
