Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, chains, gears, belts, shafts, and drive systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electro-pneumatic, electrical, and machine control issues using effective troubleshooting techniques.
- Use electrical testing equipment to verify continuity, voltage, resistance, and AC/DC circuit performance.
- Inspect and maintain sensors and automation components to ensure efficient and reliable machine operation.
- Support equipment installations, root cause analysis, maintenance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while following safety standards and collaborating with operations teams.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of maintenance or related industry experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
