The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities within our organization. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production quality. The Maintenance Technician collaborates closely with production teams to identify potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting a safe and productive work environment. This role requires a proactive approach to equipment upkeep, including preventive maintenance and timely response to emergency repairs. Ultimately, the Maintenance Technician contributes to the overall success of the manufacturing process by maintaining optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities:
