*Responsibilities:*

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on communication facility equipment including power distribution units (PDUs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, and cooling systems.

- Assist in the installation, organization, and labeling of cabling infrastructure (fiber optic, copper, and data cables) to support network operations.

- Monitor and document facility conditions such as temperature, humidity, and power usage through integrated monitoring systems.

- Respond promptly to equipment alerts and service outages, supporting senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, work orders, and safety compliance checks using digital facility management tools.

- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA/industry standards during all facility operations and equipment handling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including network engineers, IT staff, and external vendors to support facility upgrades and project implementations.

- Assist in preparing facilities for new equipment deployments and system expansions.

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required for this role.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple facility locations within the region.
