What We Do – Accountabilities

• Assures that trailers are positioned correctly at designated doors or locations in a timely manner without damage to trailer or company property.
• Assures that applicable standards are maintained in cross operational duties as assigned.
• Assures that all company policies (safety, attendance, etc.) are adhered to.

Essential Functions

• Trailers pulled and placed in a timely manner.
• No damage encountered to truck, trailer, or property.
• Trailer lot cleared of debris and trash.
• Seals cut and properly processed/disposed.
• No safety violations committed.
• Reporting of incidents involving anyone entering/leaving Caleres property.
• Providing information regarding maintenance of equipment and condition.
• Vigil for any security issue that may arise, while performing normal duties.
• Modeling Caleres Values and Winning Behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year operational experience in distribution environment
• Ability to interact respectfully and model winning behaviors
• Some experience with computers related to Excel, e-mail or other business applications
