Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group that provides Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across Central and North Central Florida.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite visits to patients residing in private residences in Citrus County on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week)
Core Responsibilities
- Work closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life
- Â Participate in weekly web meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers
- Participate in Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
- Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards
- Participate in provider on-call rotation
- Conduct telehealth visits as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not required
- The ideal candidate will have experience working for a mobile practice
- Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA License
- Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred
