What You’ll Do 

• Operate the turret lift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner and with confidence. 

• Receive, sort, and organize shipments. 

• Track inventory and ensure accurate documentation. 

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily goals. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. 

Turret operators are the foundation of our success at RBW Logistics. This role is your opportunity to make a real impact - ensuring our operations run smoothly while inspiring a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

• At least one year of Turret Lift experience—you know your way around the equipment. 

• A strong sense of reliability and punctuality—we can count on you to show up and give your best. 

• Comfortable with reading instructions, counting accurately, doing basic math, and writing clearly -- everyday skills that keep things running smoothly. 

• Willingness to complete our internal certification program—we’ll provide the training, you bring the commitment. 

• Physically ready for the job—able to sit, stand, walk, twist, stoop, squat, reach, and crouch throughout your shift. 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds using safe, proper technique—we’ll make sure you’re trained to do it right.
