This position focuses on overseeing front-of-house dining operations, ensuring excellent resident satisfaction, and supporting our dedicated team of servers. The Dining Manager plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for residents and their families. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes every other weekend and every other holiday.   Responsibilities: Supervise and support the dining room service staff, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and guests Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback for servers Ensure accurate meal service, proper portioning, and attention to residents’ needs and preferences Assist with special dining events and celebrations, ensuring they run smoothly and meet high service standards Collaborate with the Culinary Team to support menu rollouts and resident feedback Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines Help manage dining supplies, place requests for needed items, and maintain organized service areas Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service   ✅ Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required ‍ Prior experience in dining services, hospitality, or customer service preferred (senior living a plus!)
