We specialize in offering a wide range of kitchen, entertaining, décor and furniture items that cater to various styles and preferences, ensuring our customers find exactly what they need to make their homes joyful and stylish.   Position Summary: The Planning Operations Associate role is responsible for managing item data integrity, coordinating cross-functional updates, and optimizing processes related to product information. They support the planning team by ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of item information and updates.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information in internal systems. Maintain and update item master data, including product attributes, pricing, and lifecycle changes. Conduct regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies in item data. Support cross-functional projects related to product data, system enhancements, and workflow improvements. Provide timely and accurate product information to support demand planning and inventory management. Maintain and update item information in planning and inventory systems.   Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsEducation and Experience: Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) and proven Microsoft Office skills. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.     Special Requirements: Occasional weekend work as required to meet business needs.   Location: Aurora, NY area.   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret paperwork. Maintain consistent, dependable attendance Clear and concise customer communication Ability to problem solve and think outside the box Ability to work with others in a team setting   Equipment Used: Computer, printer, scanner, telephone, and photocopier.     Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists. Light mental and visual attention is required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken and decisions made are limited to few possibilities.
