Position Summary: MacKenzie-Childs is seeking hands-on, detail-oriented individuals to join our Production team. This entry-level role supports multiple manufacturing areas including ceramics, furniture, and specialty production operations. Production Associates contribute to the creation, assembly, forming, finishing, and preparation of handcrafted home furnishings. Paid on-the-job training is provided. This role follows a 4-day work week (Monday – Thursday). Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) Assist with forming, molding, assembling, finishing, or preparing products across various production areas Use hand tools and equipment to shape, refine, or prepare materials Support production setup and breakdown activities Monitor product quality and ensure consistency to company standards Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion Accurately record production and/or labor tracking data as required Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Production Associates may be trained and cross-trained in multiple areas based on business needs and skill development. Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilitiesQualificationsEducation and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred Special Requirements: Overtime work as required to meet business needs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Equipment Used: Hand tools and production equipment applicable to assigned department, computer for basic data entry, safety Equipment: PPE as required.
