By completing intakes, coordinating appointments, and guiding individuals to the right programs, the team helps ensure a smooth and supportive start to services.   What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, professional, and respectful experience for clients, visitors, and guests while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment. Conduct in-person and phone intake interviews to gather client information, complete required documentation, and ensure accurate records within electronic health record and state systems. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations to support timely access to care. Connect clients with appropriate programs, services, and community resources based on their needs. Support front office operations by scheduling appointments, answering and routing incoming calls, collecting payments, and assisting clients with questions. Demonstrate culturally responsive, client-centered service through positive verbal and non-verbal communication. Collaborate with team members across the organization to promote a positive workplace culture and strong interdepartmental communication. Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks, including filing, appointment coordination, phone coverage, client referrals, and other daily operational duties. Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards. Complete required trainings, certifications, and onboarding activities to remain current on organizational policies and best practices.   Requirements of the Position High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work a regular and consistent shift of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm At least one (1) year of progressive business or administrative training is preferred. At least one (1) year of direct service to individuals with mental health, behavioral health, or substance use disorder diagnoses preferred. At least one (1) year of triaging high-volume calls is highly preferred.
