What You’ll Do
Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Guide clients through the enrollment process and answer questions along the way
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Provide responsive client support and build long-term relationships
Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team development calls
