COMPENSATION: $500 SIGN ON BONUS! 2ND Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 pm to 11:30 pm (40 hours per week) 3RD Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11 pm to 7:30 am (40 hours per week) $19 - $21 per hour, dependent on experience (including shift differential) Easily make over $40,000 per year to start! ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Monthly Productivity Incentives 90-day review raise potential BENEFITS: 10 Paid Holidays & Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) that starts accruing on day 1 MEDICAL, DENTAL, and VISION coverage 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Employer paid Term Life and AD&D Coverage and Short Term / Long-Term Disability What You Will Do: Work safely in an industrial warehouse environment as a Material Handler Interact professionally in accordance with company core values Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy EFFICIENTLY perform tasks as trained to meet production expectations Be PRESENT for all scheduled work shifts Perform other duties as assigned including duties within the building or in other departments as business dictates If applicable, operate equipment in a safe manner MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a high level of work ethic and exceptional attendance Must be 18 years of age Must have the ability to use Technology for RF Scanners and Payroll System Be a highly motivated individual with positive and professional attitudes that can work independently Have the ability to apply common sense to daily situations Preferred: Have experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, Pallet Runners) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time throughout the whole shift and perform repetitive motion Ability to speak and hear in order to communicate with others and work safely in the warehouse Ability to perform some heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy items repetitively all shift Visual acuity to read labels, scanners, and operate equipment safely Ability to work in conditions of high heat and humidity and colder winter temperatures TRAVEL: None OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
