As a Daycare Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of it all. Keeping tails wagging, building bonds with pups and their people, and helping our team create a safe, joyful space where dogs can truly thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading small play groups (10–15 dogs) in safe, fun, and enriching activities.
- Caring for pups with patience, compassion, and a watchful eye.
- Maintaining clean and organized play areas, because a tidy space keeps everyone happy.
- Sharing genuine updates with pet parents about their dog’s day.
- Supporting your teammates and jumping in wherever you’re needed.

Experience & Requirements
- Professional experience with dogs preferred but not required (we'll train the right person!)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for most of the shift
- Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendanceÂ
Schedule
- Daycare hours:Â Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Team shifts are scheduled between 6:15 AM to 7:00 PM.Â
- Must be available for opening and closing shifts.Â
- Holiday schedule follows facility closures.
Perks & Pay
- Starting at $16 per hour
- Paid training including dog behavior, group management, and safety protocols
- CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days (company supported)
- Annual bonus
