We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. 401k Match Annual CEU allotment and possible reimbursement for certifications AI assisted documentation system Responsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist: Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems. Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
