COMPENSATION: $500 SIGN ON BONUS!  2ND Shift: $19 - $21 per hour, dependent on experience (including shift differential) Easily make over $40k per year to start! Center is closed) Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) starts accruing from day 1 and is available for use after 90 days MEDICAL, DENTAL, and VISION coverage 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Employer paid Term Life and AD&D Coverage and Short Term/ Long-Term Disability What You Will Do: Work safely in an industrial warehouse environment as a Material Handler Interact professionally in accordance with company core values Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy EFFICIENTLY perform tasks as trained to meet production expectations Be PRESENT for all scheduled work shifts  Perform other duties as assigned including duties within the building or in other departments as business dictates Once qualified and trained, operate equipment in a safe manner (ex: sit-down forklift, order picker, pallet riders) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/GED Ability to use Technology for RF Scanners and Payroll System  Highly motivated individuals with positive and professional attitudes that can work independently High level of work ethic Exceptional Attendance  Ability to apply common sense to daily situations Preferred: Experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, Pallet Runners) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time throughout the whole shift Ability to speak and hear in order to communicate with others and work safely in the warehouse Ability to perform repetitive motion Ability to perform heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy items repetitively all shift Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading paperwork and operating equipment safely Ability to work in conditions such as high heat and/or humidity and colder winter temperatures TRAVEL: None OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
