This role is crucial in assisting with the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, and promoting the overall well-being of clients during Shift 1. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and supervise clients to ensure their safety and adherence to facility rules and regulations. - Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans by providing support and guidance to clients. - Facilitate group activities and therapeutic sessions under the supervision of clinical staff. - Observe and document client behaviors, progress, and any incidents, reporting them to appropriate personnel. - Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and recreational activities. - Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care and support to clients. - Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. - Respond to emergencies and crises in a calm and efficient manner, following established protocols. - Foster a supportive and empathetic atmosphere to encourage client growth and recovery.
