Infant / Toddler Teacher

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Infant / Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers 
  •  Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision 
  •  Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities 
  •  Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment 
  •  Encourage early communication and social development 
  •  Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones 
  •  Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements 
Qualifications

  •  Prior childcare experience required 
  •  CDA preferred but not required 
  •  Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferred 
  •  Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
