Infant / Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom
The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking an experienced Infant / Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing classroom environment where children build confidence, communication skills, and independence through responsive care and structured routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Support classroom routines for infants and toddlersÂ
- Â Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervisionÂ
- Â Implement developmentally appropriate learning activitiesÂ
- Â Maintain a safe and organized classroom environmentÂ
- Â Encourage early communication and social developmentÂ
- Â Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestonesÂ
- Â Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â Prior childcare experience requiredÂ
- Â CDA preferred but not requiredÂ
- Â Experience working with infants or toddlers strongly preferredÂ
- Â Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
