Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
$100 per New Lease Commission
Property Shared Staff Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials – $300 every quarter

Hours: 32-35/hrs per week.

Deliver a welcoming experience for every resident and prospect
Build trust through communication, follow-up, and consistency
Take ownership of your leasing success by actively engaging and converting leads
Collaborate with your team to create an inclusive, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

Prior customer-facing experience required (leasing or sales a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
One to three months of related experience or training
Valid driver’s license

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
