Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Â
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be generally available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio toolsÂ
- Develop and configure OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needsÂ
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specificationsÂ
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and supportÂ
- Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIsÂ
- Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadataÂ
- Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable componentsÂ
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standardsÂ
- Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshootingÂ
- Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelinesÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirementsÂ
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceÂ
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.Â
- Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) areaÂ
- Bachelor’s degreeÂ
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project successÂ
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security modelÂ
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrationsÂ
- Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsÂ
- Strong problem-solving and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross-functional teamÂ
Required CertificationsÂ
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer IÂ
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio ConsultantÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certificationÂ
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certificationÂ
- Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector SolutionsÂ
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processesÂ
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiencesÂ
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clientsÂ
- Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as neededÂ
- Â Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required and eligible for a U.S. Government security clearanceÂ
