Skills you bring for success:
- You receive joy and satisfactions through taking care of others
- Ability to establish rapport with your customers
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast paced environment
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong ability to multi-task and be able to learn new skills
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Willing to provide honest feedback so Daveās may better serve our customer and our teammates
- Manage your customerās experience to create āCustomerās for Lifeā
- Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
- Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
- Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a Memorable Service Experience
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
- HVAC and Service Titan experience a plus
