Position Summary:


The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, including production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

This role will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.


 

Responsibilities:


  • Manage order placement and create/release purchase orders based on inventory plans and customer demand
  • Develop and maintain production schedules and inventory plans; proactively identify shortages and implement recovery actions
  • Coordinate with vendors and China partners on negotiations, production updates, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate international shipments and manage container activities, verifying product details, backorders and delivery timelines to ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate data within SAGE and Netstock systems
  • Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making in a timely manner
  • Track compliance documentation
  • Lead and assist with sourcing projects including product research, quote collection, and vendor analysis
  • Contribute to SOP and process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
  • Serve as a key contact for internal teams regarding supply chain inquiries
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory planning roles
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Netstock, or similar) and strong Excel proficiency (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis)
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage priorities in high volume
  • Experience with PO management, order tracking, and supplier coordination
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to identify trends and apply insights
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work across language barriers
  • Flexible and adaptable; willing to support evolving business needs
