Our Innovative Home Services team is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Scheduler/Caregiver to support the operations of our private duty program at Lake Port Square. This unique role combines schedule coordination and hands-on caregiving to enhance the lives of our residents while ensuring smooth program operations.

As a Scheduler/Caregiver, you’ll have the opportunity to:

· Be a Leader: Play a key role in the leadership team of a thriving private duty program.

· Coordinate Schedules: Manager client scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery.

· Support Operations: Assist with billing and payroll processes to maintain efficient operations.

· Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide hands-on personal care and companion services, making a direct and meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives.

What We’re Looking For:

· Education:

o High school diploma or GED required.

· Certifications:

o Current CPR certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

· Experience:

o One year of experience working with older adults or in a related healthcare setting preferred.

· Skills:

o Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.

o Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

o Flexible and reliable in meeting commitments and supporting team needs.
