Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible)
We鈥檙e looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance.
This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
路 Hiring, training, and developing a reliable team
路 Creating schedules that balance guest service and labor cost control
路 Managing daily operations and ensuring brand standards are met
路 Monitoring sales, labor %, and food cost performance
路 Maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste
路 Leading by example and building a positive, accountable team culture
Schedule Expectations
This position requires availability on a rotating schedule based on business needs. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team.
路 Average of approximately 45 hours per week
路 Rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
路 Availability to support peak periods and occasional weekends
路 Flexibility to adjust schedule as business needs require
What We鈥檙e Looking For:
路 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
路 Comfortable reviewing performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost)
路 Strong communication and team leadership skills
路 Someone who takes ownership and follows through
