Their top priority is to facilitate a fun and exciting experience for every customer. The associate works under the supervision of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader to ensure our guests have a positive experience and keep coming back. QualificationsDaily Responsibilities • Serve guests and create an exciting experience. • Operate a register and ensure accountability of money. • Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates. • Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas. • Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating. • Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed. • Adhere to all Great American Cookie and Front Range Holdings standards. • Perform other duties as required by their manager.
