COMPANY DRIVERS
Pay:
- $0.51 – $0.55 per mile, depending on experience
- $0.05/mile performance bonus after 10,000 miles/month. Example: If a driver runs 11,000 miles, the $0.05 bonus applies to all 11,000 miles.
- Stop pay: $30 per stop (between first and last stop)
- Detention pay: $25/hour after the first 2 hours

Requirements:
- 23+ years of age
- Recent over the road tractor-trailer experience (training may be available)
- Clean motor vehicle record
- No DUI / DWI in last 5 years
- No felonies in last 5 years
- Ability to pass D.O.T. drug screen and physical
Additional Owner Operator truck qualifications: Tractor must be 5 years old or newer at or under 500,000 miles and pass full inspection at KJ shop (higher mileage trucks require plan to upgrade)
