Summary:Â
The Digital Product Manager II owns medium-to-large digital products or service areas with measurable customer and business impact. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and translating customer needs, market trends, emerging technologies, and modern e-commerce practices into meaningful product experiences.Â

This role requires a forward-looking product leader who can challenge existing assumptions, bring new perspectives to established problems, and identify opportunities to improve how customers discover, shop, enroll, subscribe, and engage digitally. The Product Manager II drives roadmap delivery and stakeholder alignment across multiple domains while serving as both a leader of execution and a mentor.Â

Essential Functions:Â
- Define, communicate, and evolve product vision based on business goals and user research.Â
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.Â
- Prioritize and sequence features, epics, and initiatives across quarters.Â
- Monitor product performance and own KPIs for adoption, retention, and satisfaction.Â
- Drive user-centered design practices in collaboration with design and research teams.Â
- Experience working across product, UX, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders.Â
- Identify and evaluate emerging e-commerce capabilities, customer experience trends, technologies, and competitive practices.Â
- Bring an outside-in perspective to product strategy by challenging legacy assumptions and evaluating opportunities based on current customer behavior, market conditions, and data.Â
- Develop product hypotheses and business cases for new capabilities, experiences, and experiments and define how their success will be measured.Â
- Evaluate practical applications of AI and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences, internal productivity, personalization, discovery, and digital commerce.Â
- Translate ambiguous business or customer problems into actionable product opportunities and recommend creative, practical solutions.Â
- Balance optimization of existing experiences with exploration of new products, capabilities, and customer experiences.Â
Skills & Qualifications:Â
- Strategic roadmap creation aligned with business objectives.Â
- Deep experience in Agile and LEAN product methodologies.Â
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional influence.Â
- Metrics-driven decision-making and hypothesis-based testing.Â
- Strong customer empathy and systems-level thinking.Â
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.Â
Â
Required Education and Experience:Â
- Bachelor’s degree.Â
- Minimum 5-6 years in product-related roles.Â
- A combination of education and experience may meet this requirement. Â
Â
Preferred Education and Experience:Â
- 7–8 years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.Â
- Experience owning or managing customer-facing e-commerce products or digital commerce experiences strongly preferred.Â
- Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus preferred.Â
- Demonstrated experience identifying and developing new product opportunities, customer experiences, or digital capabilities from concept through validation and delivery.Â
- Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, analytics, experimentation, competitive research, and market trends to inform product strategy.Â
- Demonstrated ability to lead large digital projects with multiple stakeholders.Â
- Background in systems integration, digital marketing, or e-commerce preferred.Â
- Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, and emerging digital technologies, including the ability to identify practical product and e-commerce use cases.Â

Work Environment:Â
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.Â

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Â
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.Â
 Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee’s manager.Â

Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds.
