Position Summary
Assists the execution of global recognition programs, incentives, and contests. Primary responsibility for the administrative processes of reporting, inventory management, shipping, and tracking of global rewards and supporting market staff in program management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate activities involved in the planning and implementation of contests, incentive trips, and events.
- Assist with the recognition reporting to ensure clear communication of requirements to BI team, accurate results in reports, and proper dissemination of contest and incentive results.
- Assist with monthly rank advancement including shipping of pins, congratulatory emails and social posts, reports for monthly leader calls, and any additional coordination with sales staff to communicate or deliver rewards.
- Assist with My LifeVenture program, coordinate with internal teams to promote the program and its achievers.
- Work closely with travel partners, events team, and sales staff to provide Presidential Consultant support as outlined in the recognition plan.
- Assist in trip details & travel coordination as needed for events and incentive trips.
- Occasional overseeing of trip details including contracting, on an as needed basis.
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to coordinate event gifts and rank reward inventory at global warehouses and events.
- Update and maintain website details, leaderboards, recognition pages, and recognition social content.
- Willingness to communicate and develop working relationships with field leadership.
- Occasional proposal and copy writing.Â
- Travel as needed to support recognition at events.
- Provide general input and innovation to the department for the purpose of improving recognition, the department, and LifeVantage.

- Perform other duties as assigned on an as needed basis.
Education and/or ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality.Â
- One to Three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Network marketing industry or travel industry experience is a plus.Â
Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent computer and social media skills are a must, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Experience with reporting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Acute attention to detail and timelines.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in basic travel processes and requirements.
- High degree of personal and team accountability.
